At Cal Boter restaurant we prepare seasonal dishes so that our customers can taste the food of the land at its best.
The dishes available vary by season and market. Some of our seasonal dishes are oxtail, squid with onions, calçots, wild boar, roasted timbale with seasonal mushrooms, grilled mushrooms, duck thigh with figs, among many other delicacies.
